These Terms and Conditions effective as of April 30th 2008.
By using Playlistor.com ("Playlistor"), you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Playlistor reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
- You must be 13 years of age or older to use Playlistor
- You may not harass or abuse other users of Playlistor
- You are responsible for any data, information, text, pictures, screen names, profiles, links, etc ("content") that you post on Playlistor
- You may not spam or otherwise abuse Playlistor's communication features
- You may not use Playlistor for any illegal purpose, including facilitation of music piracy
- You may not intentionally cause harm to Playlistor, including harm that obstructs the use of Playlistor by other users
- You may not, through the use of Playlistor, violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- By submitting content to Playlistor, you agree to grant Playlistor a non-exclusive license to use, modify, copy, perform, and distribute said content
- Links to third parties provided by Playlistor, including links to download and purchase music, are not controlled, monitored, or sanctioned by Playlistor, and are subject to their own terms and conditions
- You may not set up multiple accounts on Playlistor for any reason
- You may not access the content on Playlistor by automated means of any kind, including spiders, scrapers, robots, etc
- Content provided by Playlistor is not guaranteed to be accurate, and comes without assurance or warranty of any kind
- Playlistor does not host any audio files on its servers, and relies on third party websites to police their content. However, Playlistor will work with copyright owners to ensure that any links to infringing content not filtered by third party websites are removed from Playlistor. To file a claim of copyright / intellectual property infringement, please send a notice to
info@playlistor.com. In this notice, include:
- Identification of copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, with sufficient detail so it can be located on Playlistor
- A statement of good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- Your address, telephone number, email address, and signature
Violation of any of the above agreements will result in the termination of your Playlistor account. Playlistor is not responsible for the content posted by users on the web site. Playlistor is provided with no warranty of any kind, on an "as is" basis. You must use Playlistor at your own risk, and Playlistor shall not be liable for any damages to you caused through this service.

Playlistor makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Playlistor does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
Limitations
In no event shall Playlistor or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Playlistor's Internet site, even if Playlistor or a Playlistor authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
